GMA Contract Manager is responsible for having oversight of all GMA third-party contracts (Non-Procurement contracts for RC & IITs & MAPS & other services).This position offers a contract term of 12 months with a high likelihood of extension, based in the vibrant hub of Basel, Switzerland. It is a hybrid role with 2 days at the home office.Objectives:
Streamline and standardize contract management processes across GMA
Enhances control over contract aspects such as financials, terms, execution, signatures, and archiving
Improve efficiency and compliance
Job Responsibilities:
Contract review and overview
Support GMA teams with new agreements
Liaison with Procurement
CLM support/archiving process
RC (Research Collaboration) agreements
PO support and interface with Brickwork
Role Requirements:
A valid working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship is required
Clinical Trial/Medical Affairs experience in a pharmaceutical company or a contract research organization is required.
