Relationship-Building:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for affiliate countries, nurturing strong relationships and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of International Standards and Conformity Assessment Systems.
Liaison with Partner Organizations:
  • Coordinate and develop reports and updates for partner organizations, facilitating participation in their meetings.
Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate logistics for affiliate events and young professionals at key meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to organize workshops, webinars, and other engagement opportunities.
Best Practices:
  • Stay abreast of best practices in related processes and areas of work, aligning activities with the company strategic objectives and rules.
Fostering relationships with Members and affiliate countries|Ensure smooth functioning of programmes
  • Interest in advancing developing countries.
  • Proven experience in marketing, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing membership/country activities.
  • Proficiency in presentation and public speaking.
  • Familiarity with Geneva-based international organizations.
  • Ability to work with relevant digital tools and adapt to new technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bilingual English/French with strong writing skills in both languages.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
