Maintenance Coordinator

• Planning and coordination of all Field Support maintenance activities including customs
• Communication with customers/CAMO and coordination of all Field Support maintenance activities
• Preparing of Field Support offers and full SAP administration incl. open Work Order
• Coordination of spare parts and logistics with different stakeholders
• Finalizing of Work packages after maintenance events
• Monitoring of internal and external KPIs related to all Field Support maintenance activities

• Firm understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and processes (EASA Part-145/CAMO)
• Good SAP and MS Office knowledge favorable
• Advanced English skills spoken and written, German skills favorable
• Highly motivated, customer focused, take initiative and a can-do attitude by handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritization of tasks to meet a set schedule in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Above-average commitment with willingness to work flexible hours, including outside office hours (on-call service)
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills dealing with different stakeholders
