- Dive into the heart of our operations, managing orders, and spending time navigating our ERP system (NetSuite) to ensure smooth sailing for our customers and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for dealers and distributors, providing assistance with order processing, and product inquiries.
- Manage warranty claims and returns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand, track inventory levels, and coordinate product shipments with the Logistics team.
- Be the friendly face/voice of our company, responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other channels with enthusiasim and a passion for snowboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Passion for snowboarding and knowledge of the outdoor sports industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the outdoor sports industry.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills such as German or French are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with dealers, dsitributors and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
- Experience and familiarity with ERP softwares, Netsuite is an advantage.
- Knowledge on our other digital tools, such as, Elastic, Mailchip, Reamaze etc. is a plus.
- CFC maturite or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel during peak seasons for events, trade shows, and other business-related activities, ensuring strong represetnative of the commpany and engagement with stakeholders.
