Lead the design of enterprise data architectures, including modernization of complex system landscapes (MDM, CRM, ERP, Cloud DWH)
Architect and oversee implementation of scalable cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) including data modelling, pipelines, and DevOps
Design integrated solutions connecting data platforms with AI/GenAI, MDM, and CRM systems
Guide and mentor teams, set best practices, and ensure high coding quality standards
Represent the architecture practice in client engagements, events, and partner discussions to strengthen market positioning
Develop internal expertise and capabilities across Switzerland and global delivery teams
Requirements
4+ years experience as a Data Architect with prior hands-on data engineering implementation on major cloud platforms
Proven ability to make and influence strategic data architecture decisions with senior business and IT stakeholders
Strong skills in data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional, Data Vault) and modern architectures (Lakehouse, Medallion, event-driven)
Expertise in integration design from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, APIs, databases) and familiarity with ETL/ELT tools
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience managing and coaching teams
