  • Handle meeting room bookings and support basic front-office logistics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, courier coordination, and document distribution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the institution's standards of excellence in client service.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, in hospitality, or corporate environments.
  • Fluent in French, English, and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and a strong sense of discretion.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
