Position summaryAs a Commercial Development Project Manager, you will be part of the Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR) team, reporting to the Commercial Development function. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing shopper-relevant initiatives to life——while keeping customer needs at the forefront.You will oversee the planning and execution of trade marketing projects ensuring on time delivery and cost control within a budget.Key Responsibilities
  • Implement at the POS, Shopper Marketing and Activation Initiatives to drive shopper conversion, aligned with Perfect Store Principles, brand, and category strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for activations and visibility initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and 3rd party agencies.
  • Own the shopper marketing budget within the scope of responsibility, produce financial reports, and identify opportunities to optimize spending and improve ROI.
  • Support the development of the Gift with Purchase (GWP) program including catalog creation, mechanics, inventory, budget, and distribution.
Profile
  • Academic background in marketing and/or project management
  • 5 years professional experience, in Trade Marketing/Shopper Activation, ideally in Travel Retail
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated Commercial Competencies: Master Shopper Understanding, Develop Winning Strategies and Plans, Win in Omni-Channel, Deliver Superior Store Execution
  • Highly autonomous and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on execution, accountability, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
