Supervise, motivate, and support a team of managers and sales associates
Organize schedules and assign roles according to activity
Recruit, train, and develop in-store talent
Create a positive, dynamic, and customer-focused work environment
Analyze sales, KPIs, and best sellers
Implement actions to boost performance
Encourage active sales, premium customer service, and customer loyalty
Ensure compliance with VM guidelines and the Zara Home brand image
Optimize product display according to trends and rotations
Work closely with merchandising teams
Manage merchandise reception, stock, restocking, and inventories
Ensure the smooth running of cash register operations
Apply safety standards, HR procedures, and internal guidelines
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Successful experience (min. 2 years) as a manager
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and results-oriented
Organized, responsive, and comfortable with management tools
Languages: Fluent French, professional English.
