He/She is responsible for providing high quality insights on the gasoline markets. The role will report to the Group Head of Research & Analysis.Main Responsibilities:Improve and expand West of Suez markets Fuel Oil S&D balances per qualityTrack FO flows and link them to the S&DsParticipate actively to traders’ weekly team meeting by presenting latest updates on S&DsAddress any request or question traders may have on the FO marketsWork with other oil analysts and traders to develop taylor-made analytical modelsContribute to identify trading opportunitiesIn cooperation with Data Engineers, automate data feed of S&DsMaintenance of existing files & data warehousePrepare various reports and analysis for publishing internallyCommunicate clear findings to traders, other analysts and managementProfile:Minimum 3 years’ experience in the oil trading sector in a similar positionAdvanced university degree in Engineering, Oil Economics, Refining, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Quantitative FinanceMicrosoft Office tools: very good Excel skills (VBA), python is a plusCurious & proactive, rigorous & meticulousHighly numerateStrong team spiritFluent in English, both written and spoken, French is a plusGood verbal and written presentation skillIf you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!Our people make all the difference in our success.
