  • Lead a globally distributed sales team by setting strategic direction, defining performance goals, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored strategies for entry and expansion, with clear execution plans.
  • Maintain close and collaborative relationships with Investment Management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success and efficiency of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to the executive team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and key stakeholders worldwide, offering deep insights into their strategic priorities and investment needs.
  • Work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure strategic consistency and shared ownership of business development goals.
Leadership Position in Private Markets SalesInternational work environment
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in leadership sales positions in Financial Services, with strong focus on private markets, sustainable investments.
  • Proven network with Institutional Investors, Pension Funds, EAMs Family Offices across Europe and preferably Switzerland.
  • Strong leadership credentials and a hands-on approach to team development and motivation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and being able to engage with high level investors and high-level stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical, with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Professional Fluency in English (German, French or Italian is a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
