Build up CI culture by coaching & train function managers and shopfloor employees.
Execution of SQDCP improvement projects, as per set plan. Lead process improvement projects as direct resource with CI (Lean, TPM, 6-Sigma tools).
Train and coach functional managers and CI Pillar and Foundation leaders on supporting CI Projects and Methodology.
Support the process of “Best Practice Sharing” management, coordinate horizontal expansion, and take full advantage of group strength.
Perform process audits, support 5S/Visual Management/Standardize work/TPM activities in the plant / on the shopfloor.
Support/conduct training on CI (TPM, Lean & 6-Sigma) tools.
Be part of the local CI Steering Committee
You bring these skills, experience & education
Completed studies in mechanical/industrial engineering;
Further education courses in Continuous Improvement methodologies and Tools: Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), or Operational Excellence (OpEx). Alternatively, you should be eager to learn about these methodologies.
Knowledge of optimization of production processes and shop floor management.
Knowledge of project management and facilitation of workshops.
