- Lead and oversee a team of SAP consultants across WM/EWM, MM, PP, QM, and LE-TRA domains
- Ensure successful project delivery, meeting quality, time, and resource targets
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources as project lead
- Collaborate with business representatives to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Champion standardization and promote standard solutions to minimize localized custom developments
- Identify project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SCM solutions
- Proactively suggest process or system improvements to enhance business efficiency
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience as an in-house SAP consultant in two or more of these modules: WM/EWM, PP, QM, MM-PUR, LE-TRA
- Experience in a leadership role or comparable experience guiding teams
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences
- Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working within global teams and across international settings
- Fluent in business English and German
- Organized, goal-oriented, with a resilient, proactive approach to work
- Strong communicator with assertiveness, team orientation, and a collaborative spirit
