Location: 3 days on site in Zurich
Contract Length: 6 monthsWe’re seeking a data-driven Business Analyst (Contractor) to support customer performance reporting and insights. You’ll manage, automate, and enhance KPI reporting processes to deliver clear, actionable insights across the business.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and automate customer and performance KPI reporting.Build dashboards and reporting tools to streamline insight delivery.Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.Support forecasting, modelling, and scenario planning.Ensure timely, accurate data delivery aligned with business needs.Collaborate across teams to integrate insights into decision-making.Key Skills & Experience:5+ years in data/business analysis with a focus on performance KPIs.Proven experience in automation and reporting process improvement. * Worked in an insurance or FS environment previouslyAbility to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in global, fast-paced environmentsDesirable:Experience automating KPI workflows.Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics tools.
