- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with partners to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market trends and consumer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts to build long-lasting partnerships
- Lead the a small Team of national account managers
- Minimum of 3 years experience in international sales within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the personal care product manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
