  • Oversee store operations and manage the shift team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times.
  • Embody and promote a strong service-oriented mindset, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactively plan and implement measures to maintain and improve operational excellence (e.g., cleanliness, stock management, merchandising).
  • Monitor, control, and continuously enhance store standards.
  • Align your team with business objectives, clearly communicate goals, and provide guidance and coaching to achieve them.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the professional development of your team members.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail; experience in Perfume & Cosmetics is a strong plus.
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Proven leadership experience and skills with the ability to build, lead, and inspire effective teams
  • A true service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in line with the Avolta Service culture.
  • Good understanding of travel retail concepts and solid knowledge of the retail business environment.
  • High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You are comfortable working in a shift-based environment, with early shifts starting at 5:00 AM and late shifts ending at 11:30 PM.
