Support Specialist

- Handle of 1st-level and 2nd-level support requests by phone and ticket system
- Manage support ticket inflow and perform triage
- Ensure tickets are resolved in the shortest possible time
- Provide client support via remote sessions, phone or on-site (very rare)
- Escalate complex tickets that requires advanced technical intervention to 3rd-level support
- Take care about the support documentation
- Assist in the monthly support reporting
- Assist in the improvement of the support processes
- Either a technical or business education with experience in each complementary field
- A minimum of two years work experience
- Fluent in german and english, written and verbal
- Striving to give the most awesome support possible
- Quick thinking, quick wit and fast learner with great work ethics
- A natural interest in all things computer technology
- Eager to make history for yourself and the company
- French is a plus
- Experience in the document industry a plus
- Any Start-Up experience is a plus
