We are seeking a senior HR leader to act as a trusted sparring partner to top management, supporting strategy discussions and ensuring people-related considerations are embedded in key business decisions. This role requires translating strategic objectives into actionable HR priorities and shaping a forward-looking workforce agenda across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance and ensure people strategy is aligned with overall business objectives and organizational values.
- Identify future capability needs and design workforce and succession plans that secure long-term talent pipelines.
- Lead organizational design projects, ensuring structures are scalable, efficient, and fit for purpose.
- Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen cultural stewardship and enhance management capability.
- Oversee succession planning, talent reviews, and career development programs across geographies.
- Foster an inclusive culture that promotes engagement, performance, and employee wellbeing.
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to ensure fair, competitive, and motivating reward practices.
- Support leaders in delivering effective performance management and recognition aligned with business goals.
- Lead or support transformation initiatives such as digitalization, operational excellence, or post-merger integration.
- Serve as a change leader, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in senior HR business partnering roles within international, complex environments; experience in industrial, operations, or production settings is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of European labor frameworks.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior executives.
- Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, succession management, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives across different countries and cultures.
- High level of cultural awareness and adaptability, with international experience.
- Strong affinity with digital HR tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage.
