Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work by priority, attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Windows Office and of the main pattern design systems (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Interest and passion for fashion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, any additional language is considered a plus.
