The gastronomic offerings of our restaurants are characterised by light and creative cuisine. We rely on the best products from the mountains and the enthusiasm of our employees.Your main tasks will include:
Instructing employees in the main kitchen in consultation with the head chef
Sharing responsibility for the training of apprentices and the further training of subordinate employees
Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Monitoring the functionality of all appliances and equipment in the main kitchen
Monitoring all activities of the kitchen brigade in the main kitchen in consultation with the head chef
Organising the à la carte, room service, banquet and restaurant Les Saisons business in cooperation with the head chef
Processing all orders for the dry goods store
Responsibility for cost-conscious working
Creating canteen meal plans
Creating recipes, monitoring standards and performing quality controls
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseFor this challenging role, you will have:
Completed training as a chef
At least three years of professional experience in fine dining in all positions
Initial experience in a similar position with comparable requirements
Professional expertise, creativity and a love of cooking
Written and spoken German and English skills
A structured and organised approach to work
A keen interest in team-oriented work
