We are not necessarily looking for the most experienced person however we value passionate and honest people that are driven to make the role their own and drive success.TasksOn a daily basis you will:
Organise the payment and the invoicing of the cars
Track incoming and outgoing payments
Send invoices to All-in-one customers and managing the invoicing tool
Oversee and categorise the operational expenses of the company, by collaborating with the accounting and using their accounting tool.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
RequirementsMore specifically the following qualities are necessary:
Highly motivated and target driven
Precision is your middle name
At least 1 year of experience in a finance related roll
Is comfortable reading balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports and knows financial KPIs
Personal integrity; ability to keep client and company confidences
Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
Relationship management skills and open to feedback
Fluent in English, German a plus
