You rotate through different departments and learn how theory and practice come together – actively supporting the teams on site
By exploring key areas such as purchasing, sales, HR, controlling, and logistics, you’ll develop a solid understanding of business operations
In your day-to-day work, you’ll take on responsibilities and manage smaller projects independently – gradually growing into your role
You’ll also gain exposure to project management and learn how to plan, monitor, and successfully implement projects
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed your secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or (Fach-)Hochschulreife)
You’re interested in business topics and eager to understand how companies operate
Taking initiative, contributing ideas, and working as part of a team come naturally to you
You’re confident using a computer and familiar with programs like MS Office
You enjoy working in an international environment and are excited about new challenges and opportunities
