For our headquarters in Kreuzlingen, we are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP, so apply now as Specialist Financial Accounting (d/m/f) In this responsible and varied position, as a Specialist Accounting, you will be independently responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements (HGB or Swiss GAAP FER) for some of our companies, in addition to your day-to-day operational tasks, and will ensure that the financial statements are completed correctly and on time. Furthermore, you will continuously check and adjust the general ledger, ensure that advance VAT returns and statistical reports are submitted on time, and manage asset accounting. In addition, you will be an active sparring partner for the further development of financial processes in the general ledger area and in cooperation with other finance departments. You will be the first point of contact for accounting questions and will represent your professional opinion in discussions with the Group Accounting and Controlling departments. Your exciting range of tasks will be rounded off by close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, such as auditors, tax advisors, and tax authorities. You will bring your positive spirit and experience to the team. Your profile:
  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on accounting and/or further training as an accountant, federal certificate or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) at one of the auditing companies and/or in financial accounting, financial statement assurance
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 FI/CO, SAP S/4 FI/CO, SAP S/4 HANA
  • You have a high level of decision-making competency and think strategically
  • Very good command of English and German to mother-tongue standard
  • Your approach to work is independent, structured and target-oriented
  • You have an assertive personality and are driven by a focus on getting things done; you persistently pursue your goals
  • High reliability, resilience, and trustworthiness
  • You possess distinct communicative and analytical skills paired with excellent social competencies
