Academic background or Experience in Quality or Safety Management in the Railroad or Manufcaturing sector in general,
Bilingual French and German,
Industrial safety experience - comfortable working with field teams and site realities
Strong in reporting, KPIs and safety metrics to support decision-making
Confident trainer and communicator, able to engage at all levels, internally and externall
