  • Process biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly payroll cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records, employee information, and timekeeping data.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including wage and hour regulations, tax withholdings, and reporting requirements.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data, benefits deductions, and new hire entries.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, tax forms, and direct deposits.

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both French and English
