As a true team player, you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about supporting people and driving HR initiatives forward.Your main responsibilities will include:Providing proactive advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees in your assigned area on all local HR topics and employment-related mattersManaging the full employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, onboarding, probation reviews, changes in employment terms, and offboardingHandling administrative HR tasks such as work permit applications, confirmation and reference lettersSupporting payroll-relevant processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g. salary adjustments, variable compensation, absences)Coordinating relocation and integration support for new hires, including collaboration with relocation agencies and local authoritiesSupporting annual HR processes such as performance management, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiativesDriving the local implementation of global HR programs and policies, while identifying and initiating process improvements tailored to the Swiss contextCollaborating with HR colleagues, centers of expertise, and shared service teams in a matrix environmentContributing to HR projects and supporting the HR Manager with conceptual work, and special assignmentsPromoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering open communication, mutual respect, and cross-cultural understanding- especially important in our diverse, international environmentYour profile:Bachelor’s degree or higher commercial education with a focus on Human ResourcesAt least 5 years of experience in an HR department, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry and in an international business environmentSolid knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practicesAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or qualityStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyFlexible mindset with a positive, solution-oriented “can-do” attitudeA strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsOutstanding communication and persuasion abilities, paired with a high level of customer orientationHigh intercultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels and functionsFluent in English and German, both written and spokenProficient in MS Office and comfortable working with digital HR tools and systemsDo you like the sound of this job and think you’ve got what it takes?
