- Own design methodology and governance for a global ERP transformation program
- Lead end-to-end solution design across SAP functional areas (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, VCM)
- Ensure design quality through governance boards, promote clean-core principles
- Manage and resolve cross-functional dependencies and conflicts
- Drive design readiness, KPIs, status reporting, and solution roadmaps
- Implement cross-functional tools such as SAP Signavio E2E, act as IT Product Owner
- Conduct assessments for release planning, execution, and investment requests
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred (IT or Supply Chain focus ideal)
- Several years SAP experience, including several years hands-on across at least 3 domains
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain processes in global operations
- Deep expertise in SAP integration (MM, SD, FI, Planning) and S/4 HANA
- Proven track record in large-scale global transformation programs (Agile, SDLC)
- Pharma/Healthcare experience with SOX & GxP compliance a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with IT product ownership and new tool implementation
- Fluent English, willingness to travel internationally (~15%)
