- Drive the further development and optimization of sales and logistics processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Work hands-on in the SAP system, including customizing and testing activities
- Manage and implement projects in the areas of Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Logistics departments to analyze and implement business requirements
- Ensure stable operations and support for SAP SD/LE processes
- Promote the growth, development, and motivation of your team
- Monitor and manage external service providers in the context of projects or support tasks
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the SAP SD/LE environment, ideally with S/4HANA
- Strong expertise in sales, shipping, and logistics processes
- Experience with legacy AFS systems and sales structures – ideally in B2B (wholesale) and B2C (e.g. consignment business) environments
- Proven track record in leading and successfully implementing IT/SAP projects
- Knowledge of EDI environments
- Experience across the entire supply chain
- Initial leadership experience or strong leadership skills in project contexts
- Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
