Drive and contribute to AM's strategic projects and initiatives, and shape and drive themes which improve the functioning of the AM department more broadly
Manage the AM Leadership Team and investment committees' agendas together with the Head CIO Office, ensuring timely delivery of presentations and action items
Prepare and coordinate presentation materials for the Group CIO, including AM Townhalls, committee meetings, and external presentations
Coordinate ad-hoc activities including events, analyses, and initiatives for external, Group or broader AM distribution
Collaborate with AM partners, including from across the Group, on key deliverables
About the TeamIn the CIO Office, we manage all aspects of support for the Group CIO while working closely with the Asset Management Leadership Team and investment professionals. University degree in Finance or related field
4-5 years professional experience with sound understanding of financial markets and asset management
Proven experience preparing executive-level presentations and organizing events
Excellent written and spoken English

For Switzerland, the annual base salary range for this position is between CHF 94,000 and CHF 142,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements.
