- Lead global sales operations and commercial process excellence across the organization
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, reporting quality, and process consistency
- Oversee CRM system coordination and data governance
- Develop and implement field support programs that enable more customer-facing time
- Monitor and optimize sales reporting, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management
- Drive key value creation initiatives (e.g., pricing strategy, contract compliance, asset optimization)
- Design and manage sales incentive programs
- Coordinate and implement 3rd-party strategies in collaboration with Area Sales Ops Managers
- Lead the Tender Management Group and ensure strategic alignment
- Identify and execute improvements across all commercial processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial operations, ideally in the diagnostics or medical device industry
- Strong background in project and program management
- Solid product and industry knowledge
- Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset
- Skilled communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus
- Fluent in English and ideally one additional language
- Willingness to travel (approx. 2 days/week)
