- Develop and implement an overarching robust verification strategy for the IoT Digital Ecosystem
- Lead IoT Digital and system integration transformation of the verification team with a focus on mechatronics, automated testing, system integration.
- Design and oversee the development of automated test benches for mechatronic systems and medical devices
- Work closely with system architects for the definition and documentation of the architecture with a focus on embedded device
- Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to the verification process, fostering a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in medical device IoT Digital verification
- Lead efforts in system integration verification, ensuring seamless interoperability of various components within medical devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute integration test plans.
- Higher degree in a relevant field e.g. electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, material engineering, packaging engineering, biomedical engineering, human health science or equivalent
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of medical device verification, of product requirements and relationship to user needs as well as (micro)-architectures, of the use cases, and of the business requirements
- Knowledge of medical technology of applicable standards in the field of medicine and knowledge cross-functional disciplinary landscape for medical device industry
- Good physics knowledge, e.g. from the fields of vacuum technology, acoustics, etc.
- Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure adaptability and continuous improvement
