- Co-creation of seasonal sell-in/sell-out marketing measures and tools for sales (e.g. trade fairs, showrooms)
- Seasonal provision and regular updating of the windsor. assets (content provision) across all relevant B2B platforms to ensure consistent and timely brand presence
- Conception, planning and execution of holistic key account management, including all marketing activities, events and pop-ups, in close collaboration with the Sales Team and Head of Marketing
- Oversight of national and international marketing activities of windsor. wholesale customers, including online brand shops/platforms
- Co-development, implementation and monitoring of seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines (including photoshoots/production) in cooperation with the external Visual Merchandising partner
- Responsibility for creation, production and inventory management of all physical marketing tools used across all sales channels (such as seasonal giveaways, packaging, displays, POS and trade marketing communication materials and tools, etc.)
- Degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle sector within the premium & luxury segment
- A structured and organised way of working, proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; any additional software or AI knowledge would be an advantage
- Both conceptual/creative and analytical thinking, with strong digital expertise
- Experience in the creation and international roll-out of physical and digital concepts
- Best-in-class mentality: precise and high-quality planning and execution (hands-on mentality and service-oriented approach)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Business-fluent in German and English
