German-speaking part of SwitzerlandOur client, a major player of the Premium Beauty industry, is seeking an Area Manager for the German-speaking part of Switzerland.Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships
- Lead, coach, and grow the regional sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives
- Plan and facilitate seminars, training programs, and professional development workshops
- Provide strategic advice and support to clients, acting as a trusted partner
- Ensure the successful rollout of new product launches across the region
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a premium customer experience
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards at the point of sale (visual merchandising, brand guidelines, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, KPIs)
- Drive overall business performance, focusing on both revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adherence to contractual agreements with clients
- Act as a local brand ambassador, representing the company's values and image
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver's license, and willingness to travel extensively (approx. 80%) within the region
- Strong interest in the Beauty industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
