Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones, schedule internal and external meetings, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and materials.
Travel & Logistics: Organize international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Meeting Support: Organize and support leadership meetings, workshops, and offsites, including venue booking, catering, and technical setup.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Senior Directors and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional administrative support as needed, including project coordination, data entry, and team support.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with discretion and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
