- Ensuring document and data completion on accounts openings of the Bank's clients (European branches).
- Carrying out formal checks and 4-eyes controls of various documents and forms.
- Analyzing and challenging the Tax status of the client (FATCA / QI / CRS)
- Handling all Changes in Circumstances having a structural or tax impact
- Performing formal checks on account-opening applications prior compliance review.
- Managing change in circumstances from a Tax point of view and updating the relevant databases.
- Providing the static data for CRS / FATCA reporting and assuring a flawless data quality.
- Validating tax documents (FATCA / CRS) and updating the systems accordingly.
- Presenting files in front of the Tax Review Committee
- Performing quality controls on account openings (4-eyes).
- Contribute to the digitalisation of the Client Register and assisting archiving of documents.
- Keeping abreast of changes in Luxembourg and EU legislation on client data protection, in particular by attending training sessions organized by the Bank.
- Drawing up and updating procedures relating to Client Register activities.
- Legal or tax knowledge: good working knowledge of FATCA, CRS and other regulations affecting client data
- Quick and fast learner : able to rapidly understand new information and skills

- Rigorous and methodical.
- Leadership, management experience
- Language skills: French and English / German, Spanish and/or Italian would be a plus.
