This newly created position offers you the unique opportunity to build and shape the electrical engineering department from the ground up in a dynamic, international environment.Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive electrical and pneumatic system inspections on advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Perform systematic testing protocols including initial commissioning tests and recurring safety validations in GMP-regulated environments
- Execute visual and functional assessments on new installations and retrofit projects to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document inspection results meticulously and track any deviations according to regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues by analyzing electrical and mechanical system failures and implementing effective solutions
- Ensure operational safety by verifying electrical system integrity before equipment commissioning
- Support international qualification activities including Installation Qualification (IQ) processes at customer facilities worldwideYour Profile- Professional electrical qualification through completed vocational training as electronics technician, electrician, or equivalent certification
- Extensive hands-on experience with several years in electrical assembly, control cabinet construction, or related technical fields
- Testing and commissioning expertise with proven experience using measurement and testing equipment for system validation
- GMP environment knowledge with understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements (advantageous)
- Bilingual communication skills with fluency in both English and German for international project collaboration
- Independent work approach combining high initiative with precise, methodical execution and pragmatic problem-solving
- Team collaboration excellence with enthusiasm for achieving collective goals and supporting cross-functional projects
