- Provide top-notch technical support to end-users in a professional and approachable manner.
- Assist with maintaining phone coverage to ensure help desk operations run smoothly at all times.
- Prioritise and resolve high-priority issues efficiently, adhering to the escalation process.
- Monitor the incident queue to ensure tickets are assigned and processed without delay.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, and proactively share knowledge across the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Participate in IT projects, whether locally, regionally, or globally.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and technical expertise in all interactions.
- Take responsibility for projects and processes as directed by the management team.
- Provide support and guidance to fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in an enterprise-level IT environment – experience in finance / trade-floor support would be a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, methodical approach to solving technical issues.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- A proven track record of providing exceptional technical support while working within a team.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and handle urgent issues with professionalism.
