- Prepare and structure briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights supporting decision-making.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate executive communications, speeches, and strategic updates.
- Support preparation and follow-up for Board and Executive meetings, leadership reviews, and client engagements.
- Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-up and alignment across functions.
- Build effective relationships across the organization and act as a point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's agenda, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Screen and handle calls, emails, and meeting requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and action items are clear and delivered.
- Ensure efficient flow of information between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve operational issues.
- You are either a trained and experienced Senior Executive Assistant, preferably at C-level in an international environment or you hold a university degree in engineering, business, or a related field – and bring an exceptional eagerness to learn and grow, sharp thinking, and the humility to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution.
- You bring strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, Italian and German both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset.
- You demonstrate high proficiency in MS Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Overall IT savviness and experience with Abacus and/or Power BI are an asset.
- You have strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
