The purpose of this project is to enhance the People & Organization (P&O) function by embedding Human Centered Design (HCD) principles into the redesign of key P&O experiences and processes. This initiative supports the P&O “Must Win” and Strategic Choices by creating more meaningful, user-centric interactions for employees and stakeholders.Scope of Work:To work across multiple ongoing process redesign projects within the P&O organization.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate ideation and prototyping workshops.Conduct experience mapping & service design blue prints for priority P&O processes, identifying moments that matter.Design improved processes and experiences grounded in HCD methodologies.Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of redesigned experiences.Develop and facilitate training sessions on HCD principles and methodsEngage stakeholders and create internal alignment across global and local teamsDeliverablesDeliverables will be iterative and co-created in close collaboration with key stakeholders.Given the nature of transformation and human-centered design work, outputs will adapt based on evolving project needs and priorities. Expected categories of deliverables include:Experience Strategy Artifacts: Support in shaping human-centered experience strategies aligned with P&O’s transformation goals.Design and Mapping Outputs: Creation of journey maps, service blueprints, and other visualizations to inform the redesign of key P&O experiences.Prototyping and Concept Development: Facilitation of ideation sessions and development of prototypes that reflect improved employee experiences.Implementation Support: Hands-on involvement in bringing redesigned experiences to life, including pilot coordination and iteration support.Capability Building Materials: Contributions to training sessions, toolkits, and internal enablement efforts to embed human-centered design capabilities within the P&O organization.Delivery will follow an agile, collaborative model, with ongoing alignment on priorities and timing in bi-weekly or monthly planning cadencesMust HavesExpertise in Human Centered Design methodologies (e.g., design thinking, journey mapping, service blue print design, prototyping)Experience in large-scale organizational transformation and HR experience designStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsFamiliarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, MS Teams)Did we catch your interest?The SimplyVision-Team is looking forward to receive your application (Word file is highly appreciated).Kindly be informed that our customer is located in Switzerland.
