Our clients are looking for a talented and dedicated Legal Counsel to join a dynamic team. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on various matters
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Collaborate with other departments to identify potential legal issues and propose solutions
Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures
Represent the organisation in legal proceedings if necessary
What you bring:
Qualified Swiss or EU Lawyer with experience in supply chain laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organisation
Excellent negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the role
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Fluent in German and English, French or Spanish would be a great asset
