OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (100%, m/f/d, hybrid)
you will support all operational processes at LeaseTeq in Switzerland and report directly to the Chief Operations Manager (COO).
- Comprehensive customer support and consulting by phone and e-mail throughout the entire leasing life cycle in the front and back office (contract adjustments, vehicle delivery, terminations or damage reports)
- Support the processing of incoming lease applications
- Perform underwriting processes, such as verifying credit information, verifying pay stubs and financial statements according to our credit manual specifications
- Assist with contract management
- Support with the marketing of lease returns (remarketing)
- Are you professionally trained and have several years of experience in customer service?
- Do you have a basic understanding of how leasing works?
- Do you have a good understanding of processes?
- Do you always put the customer first and are you a team player?
- Are you comfortable using tools such as Atlassian/Slack and other emerging technologies?
- Are you a self-starter and solution-oriented person?
- Do you have a talent for communication and are fluent in German and English as well as French and/or Italian?
