Lead the evolution of our technology-from laboratory invention to clinical application
Design and oversee bold R&D strategies in polymer and hybrid material development
Build and inspire a top-tier interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
Shape our IP portfolio and innovation strategy with creativity and foresight
Navigate clinical and support regulatory pathways with precision and purpose
Serve as a key voice in strategic decisions, working closely with the CEO, Board, and investors
Your profile
PhD in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or closely related field
Passion for functional biomaterials or medical polymers
Strong track record of creative innovation and tangible outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership style, and a sense of adventure
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
High creativity, multi disciplinarity and track record in generating intellectual property.
