Take ownership of the HR core module (amongst others employee data and organizational structure) and be responsible for its development, enhancement, and continuous improvement within the organization
Monitoring, Harmonization, and Adaptation of global HR core processes
Managing system upgrades, changes and enhancements as well as the implementation of system configurations
Developing and delivering training to employees and managers
Supporting HR Operations and HR Business Partners by providing guidance
Documentation of HR Core processes
Collaborating with other departments on different hierarchies in the company in particular with IT and Finance
Your skills
HR professionals who have at least 5 years of HR-IT experience
Hands-on mentality and fast learner
Experience in project management, project planning, execution, monitoring and control
Extensive experience in HR systems, processes on a global level
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is typically required for this role
Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, winning personality, willingness to perform
