- Collaborating closely with General Counsel on legal, tax, and compliance support.
- Drafting/reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and more.
- Conducting legal and tax due diligence for investments.
- Addressing corporate governance, compliance, regulatory, and data protection.
- Developing and maintaining legal resources and documentation.
- Ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are met.
- Assisting with KYC for new relationships and investments.
- Liaising with external advisors for efficient support.
- 1-2 years of legal professional experience in Switzerland
- Master's degree in Law
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Effective negotiation, communication, and networking abilities
- Proficient in technology for collaboration and information sharing
- Trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information
- Skilled in presenting to diverse audiences through various media
- Innovative in solving business challenges
- High commercial awareness
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Multi-project management
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
The purpose of this position will be to support the in-house legal team in a wide range of corporate and private markets transactions. The role will report directly to the General Counsel.
