  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and support executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Support the Managing Director with scheduling, travel and meetings Experienced, organized, discreet, fluent in English (French a plus)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure with grace.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
