Then watch .Who We Are and What We OfferThe Serum Work Area Systems Lifecycle Team is responsible for the worldwide commercialization of our clinical chemistry and immunochemistry instruments, such as cobas pro and cobas pure integrated solutions. We are taking care of a variety of topics from product management and marketing of our existing products, to exciting developments of our future instruments portfolio.During the internship in our team, we offer:To be part of our International Business Team who is responsible for a market-leading product portfolio in the diagnostics industryOpportunity to gain experience and insights into Product Management and Product CareThe chance to be a part of agile Product Teams and gaining insights into the different business aspects of product managementAn international working environment to learn and growThis internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, at least 50% on site and up to 50% hybrid.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport International Product Managers in their day-to-day activities and assume responsibility for individual (sub)projectsDrive Product Care activities closely with other functions (i.e. Global Customer Support, Post-Market Quality).Support the marketing team with product launch and product marketing activities.Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, emails, invitations, and agendasWork with various cross-functional project teams to propose creative and efficient business solutionsWho You AreYou are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.As our product portfolio consists of high-technology analytical instruments, you should bring technical interest and understandingYou have a curious and creative mind and enjoy rethinking ways of workingYou are a system-thinker and can easily connect the dots and develop pragmatic solutions for complex challengesYou have good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, can prioritize and can easily coordinate events and projectsFurthermore you areYou are a team player who is highly collaborative in a diverse team, participative, autonomous with a strong sense of responsibilityYou enjoy working in a global, diverse and dynamic environmentYou demonstrate a high motivation with a positive can-do attitudeYou are fluent in EnglishTechnical details:The preferred start date for the internship is September 2024.
