Job Title: Outlet Manager – Europe
Location: Multiple locations across Europe / Travel Required
Department: Retail Operations / Outlet Management
Reports To: Regional Retail Director / Head of Outlet OperationsJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our European outlet locations. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of our brand strategy, drive sales performance, manage teams, and ensure operational excellence in line with our global retail standards. This role requires frequent travel across European locations and a strong understanding of outlet retail environments.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of outlet stores across Europe.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Sales & Performance
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HQ to implement sales and promotional strategies.
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop store teams in line with company culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Customer Experience
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Financial & Inventory Control
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and P&L performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and loss prevention checks.
  • Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail management, preferably in outlet environments or multi-site management roles.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
