Then watch .The Systems Engineering group - consisting of circa 25 employees - is focused on the technical support and leadership of product definition predominantly within the development of technically complex systems. The department is based within the Molecular Diagnostics division of the Molecular Systems business. The roles within the group all have a strong technical/scientific focus, such as Business Domain Analysts, Requirements Engineers, Product Definition Leaders and Lead Systems Engineers.This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid.Main tasksRequirements Engineering, requirement elicitation and checking for completeness of requirementsCreate effective business analysisSupport the engineering team with technical issue identification and closureSupport and organization of project workshopsApplication of complex problem-solving methodologies to technical issues identified within projectsWho You AreYou are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s / Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Engineering, within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.Furthermore youare Interested in developing technically complex systems
like to solve problems both individually and in teams
have a high degree of flexibility and proactiveness
are a strong communicator, problem solver and quick thinker
