- Lead planning, scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases.
- Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost and risk. Monitor, report and manage deviations.
- Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.
- Ensures that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the projects entire scope of work is provided.
- Ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system
- Prepare and send timely order confirmations and commercial contracts to customers
- Proactively track status of each customer orders, coordinating and pushing internal stakeholders to guarantee the confirmed delivery date to customer
- Inform customer in case of deviations to current plan
- Coordinate our export team to guarantee deliveries to customers are organized in accordance to confirmed delivery date
- You will follow up on payment status with customers to limit overdue
- Organize and supervise factory acceptances test, performed with the participation of the client
- Collaborate closely with other teams/departments to solve any additional requirements from the customer and to improve current internal processes
- Prepare/analyze current performances and provide results to management
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the area of customer orders / order management systems
- Must have Business Level English & German
- Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to learn
- Solid Knowledge of Excel is required. (Pivot, Vlookup)
- Some Knowledge of SAP (Customer Order) or a similar ERP type system used for Customer Orders
