You’ll be selling our entire portfolio of products to medium sized businesses based in Switzerland.Your ImpactAs part of our team you will be selling, consulting, and leading top new business and key accountsYou will open, build, and own trusted strategic partnerships with key accounts in the Swiss RCG industryLead and orchestrate the entire sophisticated sales-cycle, addressing C-level executives the value of our deeply integrated platform and its related business impactYou will build, share, own, and implement a territory plan with an extended team to deliver maximum revenue potential in line with a proven value proposition for our customersForecast sales activity and revenue achievement, whilst crafting excellent customer satisfaction through relationship buildingPromote the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiativesRequired SkillsProven record new business solution selling and consulting experienceStrong presentation and demonstration skills highlighting the compelling business impactAbility to map out and strategically define territory and account plansEfficiently manage internal and external networksEvidence of relationship building skills within a matrix organisation with an ability to grow and cultivate relationshipsExcellent at building credible and value driven C-level relationshipsAbility to accurately translate, forecast, and control identified business opportunitiesExhibits characteristics of quick-learning, self-starting, risk taking, and an aim to succeedMust be proficient in both German & EnglishFrench and/or Swiss German speaking is a strong plusStrong network and experience in the Swiss RCG mid-market industry highly preferredAbility to negotiate complex dealsDegree or equivalent validated experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience etc.)Be Successful Together
