For our client in the insurance industry in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced ans motivated Senior Software Engineer Lead – RAG/LLMs.Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python
  • Build modern and user-friendly frontend interfaces with React.js
  • Integrate LLMs, agents, and RAG frameworks into production applications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement AI-based solutions
  • Contribute to the development of a RAG product and the scaling of AI assets
  • Work with cutting-edge AI technologies, including LangChain and cloud platforms
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)
  • Solid knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and related AI/ML concepts
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Node.js, Docker, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with deployment and optimization of AI models
  • Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and effective communication abilities
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus
